If you have an After-Hours maintenance emergency:

• Contact Local Utility or City Emergency services when necessary. (Fire, Gas Leak, Total Power Loss, Break-In)
• Call our Emergency Maintenance Line and leave the following information when reporting after hours emergency work orders: complete address, a phone number or call back number, and a detailed explanation of the issue.

For prompt response to all NON-EMERGENCY maintenance issues, please submit a maintenance request via your resident portal.

The following are considered maintenance emergencies:

• Flood or major leaks
• Gas Leaks
• No Heat in Freezing Temperatures
• Extended Power Outage
• Fire
• Interior sewage back up
• No Air Conditioning in extreme heat
• Break-In or Doors/Locks that can’t be secured
