Julia Dowell, Leasing and Operations Specialist
Julia Dowell is a proud Auburn/Opelika native with 40 years of roots in the community. Small-town charm, top-tier schools, and family close by make her truly love it here.
Before property management, Julia spent years as a customer service manager and that background gave her a genuine understanding of what good service feels like from the other side of the desk.
What sets Julia apart is her ability to hold two perspectives at once. She gets the resident and the owner. And she manages the space between them with care, consistency, and serious attention to detail.
In her free time, you'll find her hanging out with her kids, working on an art project, or grabbing a bite at Willie Wings or Little Italy. Football season means the grill is fired up and the game is on. And if you ever catch her eating collard greens and cornbread with her fingers, she's completely unapologetic about it.
Zack Cooper - Leasing and Operations Specialist
Zack Cooper is originally from Hoover, AL, but Auburn has been home since he arrived for school in 2020. The mix of big-city energy and a small-town feel sold him and he decided to stay after graduation.
Before property management, Zack worked in the golf industry, where he learned the real value of building genuine, lasting relationships - a skill that translates directly to the way he works with clients today.
Zack is plugged into the Young Adults Ministry at First Baptist Church of Opelika, and he and his older brother hold a special distinction in the family: the only two Auburn grads in the bunch. Off the clock, you'll find him on the golf course or grilling out with friends and if you ask about his side goal of getting a pilot's license, be prepared for a great conversation. For the best food in town, Zack swears by Bandito's, Bow & Arrow, and Sidetrack for coffee.

Outside of work, Christie enjoys spending time with her husband, Josh, their four children, and their collection of pets, which includes two dogs and a few creatively named cats. She loves gardening, live music, traveling, and great food—especially at her favorite local spot, Amsterdam Cafe.
