Standard Fees:
Application Fee - $100
Security Deposit - Equal to 1 month’s rent
Admin Fee - $300 per bedroom
Pet Fees – If Applicable - $300 Fee and $35/month Pet Rent

Utility Fee: A utility fee of up to $65.00 will be applied to your rent to cover water usage at the property. The fee is a flat fee per month pre-determined by market rate of utility bills and varies between unit types. Please confirm the fee with your property manager prior to signing the lease, but at this time, these fees will not exceed $65.00.

Auburn Rental Tax: Auburn, AL assesses a city rental tax on all residential leases. This charge, equal to 1.5% of your monthly rent, is collected by the property and remitted directly to the City of Auburn. It will appear as a separate line item on your monthly ledger in addition to your base rent.
